Jamie previously completed a major development as Project Director leading the Master Planning and RMA Management of the $300m boat harbour and surrounding land subdivision at Gulf Harbour. He had extensive involvement in the forward thinking project since Gulf Corporation purchased the asst on 2000. Based on a European theme this development has become a major regional asset within the Rodney district of Auckland.
