Through our delivery partners and consultants, we undertake work to rezone and develop viable land in regions facing future pressure, while raising the standard of housing, local amenities and community design. Beyond building well-designed, quality homes, we see it as our responsibility to deliver infrastructure that also betters the wider community, creating destination environments that residents and visitors alike can be proud of.
Jamie Peters
Turnstone was founded by Jamie Peters, a property visionary whose acumen and experience has been gained through a 30-year career in residential and commercial development.
It’s a career that has traversed both boom and bust climates, providing him with practical experience and insight into mitigating future risk. His industry longevity is testament to his ability to uncover potential opportunities and facilitate significant, and sound, developments.
Jamie is closely involved with every aspect of each Turnstone project, from pre-development planning and consenting, through to design, construction and sales. He is supported by a network of experienced consultants to undertake extensive due diligence and planning, and professional delivery.
